摘 要:[目的]探讨氨基酸微肥对柱状田头菇菌丝体生长和子实体产量的作用效果。[方法]菌丝生长测试培养基以马铃薯蔗糖培养基为对照,按容积比例分别加入0.036%、0.042%、0.050%、0.063%、0.083%、0.125%、0.250%的氨基酸微肥,获得稀释2 800、2 400、2 000、1 600、1 200、800和400倍的氨基酸微肥试验用培养基。[结果]在马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基中添加0.05%(稀释2 000倍)的氨基酸微肥,使柱状田头菇日均生长速度最快,为3.79 mm/d,菌丝干重增加也达到最大,比对照增加119.25%;在菇蕾形成前,以稀释2 000倍液的氨基酸微肥喷洒培养料,生物学效率达到70.69%,比对照增产24.18%。[结论]氨基酸微肥对柱状田头菇菌丝体生长和子实体产量都具有明显的促进作用;氨基酸微肥稀释2 000倍液对菌丝体生长和子实体的形成具有最佳效果。[Objective] The aim was to discuss the effect effects of amino acid microelements fertilizer on mycelial growth and fruiting body yield of Agrocybe cylindracea.[Method] With potato sucrose medium as CK,mycelial growth testing medium added the amino acid microelements fertilizer at 0.036%,0.042%,0.050%,0.063%,0.083%,0.125%,0.250% resp.according to the volume ratios so as to obtain the tested medium of the amino acid microelements fertilizer diluted at 2 800,2 400,2 000,1 600,1 200,800 and 400 fold.[Result] Adding the amino acid microelements fertilizer diluted at 0.05%(diluted 2 000 fold) in potato sucrose agar medium could make the fastest daily growth speed of Agrocybe cylindracea,being 3.79 mm/ d.The increase of mycelial dry-weight also reached the most,being 119.25% higher than CK.The highest biological efficiency was 70.69 % for spraying with amino acid microelements fertilizer diluted at 2 000 times before fruiting body formation,which was 24.18% higher than the CK.[Conclusion] The amino acid microelements fertilizer had obvious promotion effect on mycelial growth and fruiting body yield of Agrocybe cylindracea.The amino acid microelements fertilizer diluted at 2 000 fold had the optimum effect on mycelial growth and fruiting body form.
