摘　　要：以S波段N个输出的波导耦合孔慢波线设计为实例,借助于高速仿真软件Mician μWave Wizard进行仿真调试及优化,确定该慢波线的关键尺寸。To take the design of waveguide coupling hole example, the simulation debugging and optimization are software Mician μWave Wizard to confirm the key sizes slow-wave line with N outputs in Band S as an made by the help of the high-speed simulation of the slow-wave line.
