腹腔镜与开腹直肠前切除术治疗直肠癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较腹腔镜与开腹直肠前切除术治疗直肠癌的临床效果。方法:回顾分析由同一手术组医师施行的19例腹腔镜与21例开腹直肠前切除术治疗直肠癌患者的临床资料,并进行比较。结果:两组病例在肠段切除长度、肿块距下切缘距离和淋巴结清扫范围等方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腹腔镜组的术中出血量、术后止痛剂用量、术后肛门排气时间、切口感染数明显少于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜直肠前切除术安全有效,与开腹手术相比创伤更小,恢复更快,值得临床应用。Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of anterior resection of rectum between laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on patients with rectal cancer. Methods：Clinical data of nineteen patients with rectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery and twenty-one patients undergoing open surgery for anterior resection of rectum was analyzed retrospectively. Results：No significant difference was found between the two groups in specimen length, distance to distal incision margin and the number of lymph nodes dissected. The mean operative blood loss, length of incision, analgesic dosage, recovery time of intestinal peristalsis and number of patients suffering from incision infection in laparoscopic surgery group was significantly lower than those in the open surgery group. Collclusions：Laparoscopic anterior resection of rectum for patients with rectal cancer is safe, effective and less invasive.
