摘　　要：结合高校修缮工程结算的特点,分析结算资料、合同及签证、工程造价结算审核过程中常见的一些问题及其成因,提出做好高校修缮工程结算审核工作的思路:第一,领导重视;第二,选择好施工队伍;第三,提升工程结算审核人员的自身素质,建设一支思想硬、业务精的结算审核队伍。Common problems in the accounts settlement verification of college repairing projects and the associated causes were analyzed in regards to the settlement filing, contracts and visas, and cost settlement. Guidelines to improve the verification were proposed. It is vital that the logistic management should pay close attention to the verification;that competent professional construction teams be employed ;that the qualities of the verification personnel be upgraded to establish a competent and qualified verifying team.
