摘　　要：本文以乌鲁木齐地区11所高等职业技术院校全日制在校学生为研究对象,采用体质测试、数理统计等方法,对其体质健康现状进行研究分析。目的在于全面了解和掌握乌鲁木齐地区高职院校民、汉学生的体质健康状况,为提高该群体学生的体质健康水平提供科学依据。In accordance with the students of the 11 vocational colleges in Urumqi, the thesis is mainly about the researches of the students＇ current healthy situation through adopting methods such as body constitution testing and number reason statistics. The purpose is to have a thorough knowledge of the Ethnic and Han students of vocational colleges in Urumqi about their healthy conditions so as to provide the scientific basis to improve the general level of their healthy conditions.
