摘　　要：新经济的发展使企业发展面临的不确定性日益加剧,为谋求企业战略发展,需要企业加强财务战略管理,优化企业的财务资源,确保企业有持续稳定的资金流。文章分析了财务战略管理的特征,论证了企业价值与财务战略管理的相关性,提出基于企业价值提升来加强财务战略管理。New economic development makes business enterprises＂ development face more uncertainties. In order to seek a strategic development of business enterprise, business enterprises should strengthen Finance Strategy Management, better allocate financial resources of business enterprise, ensure a stable funds flow. This paper analyzes the characteristics of Finance Strategy Management, examines the relationship between Enterprise Value and Finance Strategy Management, and suggests strengthening Finance Strategy Management based on a raised Enterprise Value.
