摘 要:目的:总结噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究中的应用现状。方法:检索PubMed central及CNKI期刊全文数据库,以"噬菌体展示技术"和"肿瘤"等为关键词,筛选2004-2008年的110篇相关文献。纳入标准:1)噬菌体展示技术的原理;2)噬菌体展示技术的发展;3)噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究中的应用。根据标准最终精选23篇文献纳入分析。结果:噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究的很多方面都有重要用途,如探索蛋白质之间的相互作用,寻找肿瘤抗原和治疗性靶肽,制备抗体和研制疫苗等;但在临床应用上仍存在一些限制,需进一步深入研究和发展。结论:噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究领域已得到广泛应用,但大量投入临床仍需完善。OBJECTIVE: To review the status about the application of phage display technique in tumour research. METHODS: PubMed central and CNKI periodical full-text data base were researched with the key words of phage display technique and neoplasm. The 110 pertinent literature from 2004 to 2008 was screened. The inclusion criteria: 1)The principle of phage display technique. 2)The progress of phage display technique. 3) The application of phage display technique in tumor research. Eventually 23 articles were internalized. RESULTS: The technique was widely used in tumor research such as exploring protein-protein interactions, finding antigens of tumor and cancer targeting therapeutic peptides, developing antibody and vaccine. Yet advanced study and development were required to deal with some restriction in clinical application. CONCLUSIONS: Phage display technique has been extensively applied to various aspects of tumor research, but furher investigation is indispensable for extensive clinical application.
