摘  要:为了探讨昆虫细胞对氰戊菊酯产生抗性的分子机制,使用浓度为12.5μmol·L-1的氰戊菊酯处理Tn细胞,并对粉蚊夜蛾Tn细胞代谢后的氰戊菊酯及其衍生物进行回收纯化,采用核磁共振和质谱等手段检测氰戊菊酯被代谢前后的结构变化。氰戊菊酯经Tn细胞中代谢后,苯氧基被羟基所取代,α-氰基从被氢取代。结果表明Tn细胞通过对氰戊菊酯进行修饰,从而降低了氰戊菊酯的毒性。In order to explore the molecular mechanism of the resistance to fenvalerate in Trichoplusia ni (Tn) cells, Trichoplusia ni (Tn) cells were treated by fenvalerate then fenvalerate and its derivatives were recovered and purified from the culture media. At last the structure modifications of fenvalerate were detected by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Apparatus and Mass Spectrometer. NMR showed that the cyano was lost and the phenoxyl group was substituted by the hydroxyl during the metabolizing process in Tn cells. Tn cells maybe obtained detoxication from fenvalerate modification.
