摘　　要：在分析了质量功能配置（ＱＦＤ）基本原理和框架的基础上，针对传统ＱＦＤ理论与方法存在的缺陷和不足，提出了模糊质量功能配置的概念，并讨论了模糊质量功能配置的理论框架。Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a systematic method through which the Vioce of Customers (VoC) can be deployed to all stages of product development cycle.On the basis of introduction to the basic principles and frameworks of QFD, the concepts of Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment (FQFD) which are directed against the shortage of traditional QFD are proposed, and the theory frameworks and key techniques of FQFD are discussed.
