摘 要:目的:观察重组人粒细胞刺激因子治疗抗痨药物引起的白细胞减少的疗效。方法:将患者随机分为治疗组与观察组,观察白细胞计数的变化。结果:治疗组3天有效率为64%,7天有效率为32%,无效率为4%,治疗组总有效率为96%;观察组3天有效率为4%,7天有效率为64%,无效率为32%,观察组总有效率为68%,治疗组显著高于观察组(P<0.001)。结论:重组人粒细胞刺激因子能迅速提高由抗痨药物引起的白细胞减少,缩短抗痨药物停用时间,提高临床疗效。A Objective:To observe the efficacy of recombinant human granulocyte colony - stimulating factor treating the leucopenia caused by antituberculosis drugs. Methods: Divide the patients into two groups randomly: the treatment group and the observation group , observe the change in the amount of the leukocytes. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group after 3 days is 64% and after 7 days is 32%, the ineffective rate is 4% ,and the total effective rate of the treatment group is 96% ;the effective rate of the observation group after 3 days is 4% and after 7 days is 64%, the ineffective rate is 32% ,and the total effective rate of the observation group is 68%. The effective rate of the treatment group is much higher than that of the observation group ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion:The recombinant human granuloeyte colony - stimulating factor can improve the leucopenia caused by antituberculosis drugs fast, shorten the discontinuation time of the antituberculosis drugs and improve the clinical efficacy.
