摘　　要：一般而言,东道国政治风险对外国直接投资流入本地具有负面效应,但近年来,中国对外直接投资在中低收入和低收入发展中国家增长迅速,而后者往往政治风险比较突出。政治风险对中国对外直接投资及其区位分布的总体影响表现为:一、东道国政治风险对中国在当地的直接投资确实具有抑制作用;二、东道国战略性自然资源的相对丰裕对中国在当地的直接投资具有正向效应。In general, political risk (PR) in the host country can exert negative effect on the inflow of foreign direct investment. In the preceding years, China's outflow foreign direct investment (OFDI) boomed in the lower middle and low income economies where PR seems serious and concentrated, therefore which influence PR exerts on China's OFDI generally? The article concludes that hat PR of an economy can definitdly hinder the inflow of China's OFDI, and the relative abundance of the strategic natural resources (SNR) of a host country can offset the negative effect of its PR on the inflow of China's OFDI, that is, if a nation is abundant in some SNR, it can attract a considerable amount of China's OFDI although it is risky politically. The conclusions of the article have the important theoretic and pratical implication to China's Firm going abroad.
