摘  要:对2007年来自山西省不同地区的疑似猪链球菌病病料进行分离鉴定,共分离到12株链球菌,对这12株链球菌进行了生化试验、兰氏分群A-G诊断试剂鉴定、动物试验和药敏试验。结果表明,其形态、染色、培养特性及理化特性符合链球菌的特点,大多具有α或β溶血,生化试验结果不稳定;山西省发生的猪链球菌病主要由F群(4/12)、C群(3/12)、D群(2/12)和G群(2/12)链球菌引起,其分布无明显地域性;动物致病性试验表明,12株分离株中,10株对小鼠有不同程度的致病作用;10株致病性菌株对氨苄西林、氟哌酸、四环素高度敏感。Isolation and identification of Streptococcus suis in Shanxi province were conducted in 2007, and 12 strains were obtained. Biochemistry test, Lancefield serotyping identification, animal experiment and drug sensitivity test were done on them. The result of tests were as follows: their morphology, dyeing characters, cultural characters and physical-chemistry characters were in coincidence with characteristics of Streptococcus suis. Most of them were α or β hemolysis. The results of biochemistry tests were instable. Most of swine streptococcosis in Shanxi province were caused by F group(4/12), C group(S/12), D group (2/12) and G group(2/12). And the distribution of each serogroup was no obvious district feature. There were ten strains that had different pathogenicity to mice. They were hypersensitive to ampicillin, Norfloxacin and acheomycin.
