摘　　要：金融危机对于我国成长中的中小企业尤为严峻。但正如温家宝总理所指出的,中小企业的发展在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用——能够扩大就业、增加财政税收、提高国民收入。发展中小企业能够带动经济增长,夯实经济增长与收入分配良性互动所需的物质基础,从而缩小收入分配差距,推进社会和谐。The financial crisis is even more severe for China＇s small-and-medium-sized enterprises （SME）. However, as Premier Wen Jiabao points out, the development of SME plays a decisive role in the national economy in the aspects of employment increase, fiscal levy increase and national income increase. The SME development can conduce to economic growth, and lay a solid material foundation for a benign interaction between economic growth and income distribution, so as to narrow the income distribution gap and promote social harmony.
