摘　　要：加强大学生心理健康教育,既是时代发展的迫切需要也是大学生自身发展的要求。而开设心理健康教育课程应成为大学生心理健康教育的主渠道。为了提高大学生心理健康教育课堂教学的实效性,教学中应注意教学内容的本位性,教学方法的可操作性和教学效果评价的实效性。It＇s an urgent need of the times and a requirement of college students＇ self - development to strengthen the college students＇ psychological health education. Offering the course of psychological health education should be the main channel for college students＇ psychological health education. In order to improve the practical effects of the classroom teaching of college students＇ psychological health education, we should pay attention to the basis of teaching content, the manipulability of the teaching methods, the actual effects of teaching evaluation.
