摘　　要：对高校化学实验室安全的化学因素、物理因素和行为因素等问题进行了分析，并就化学实验室安全管理的制度建设、避免不安全因素发生、制定安全急救训练及措施、废液的管理、加强实验安全教育等进行了探讨，为进一步完善高校化学实验室安全管理提供参考。Based on chemical, physical and behavior factors, the chemistry laboratory safety in colleges and universities is analyzed. It was discussed to build safety management system, avoid unsafety factor, establish the training and steps of safety first aid, supervise waste, and strengthen safety education in chemistry laboratory. This provides the references for improving the safety management of chemistry laboratory in colleges and universities.
