摘  要:介绍了双圆弧齿轮同一轮齿上两啮合点在轴向的距离qTA、不同情况下轮齿啮合的啮合点数、凸凹弧啮合点在轮齿中的位置规律及齿轮轮齿啮合刚度的计算方法。计算分析认为,双圆弧齿轮的啮合点分布情况是齿轮的轴向周节、同一轮齿上两啮合点在轴向的距离和齿轮的有效宽度的函数。在齿轮工作过程中,啮合刚度是以轴向周节为周期变化的,且变化幅度较大,因此啮合噪音较大。所得出的分析方法和结论,对双圆弧齿轮的动态特性分析与齿轮的刚度设计有参考价值。The axial space of two meshing points on a double circular-are gear tooth, the number and distribution pattem of the meshing points, and the method for calculating the meshing stiffness of the gear teeth are discussed. Analysis shows that the distribution of meshing points is a function of the axial circular pitch, the axial space of two meshing points on a tooth and the effective width of the gear. In the operation of the gear, the meshing stiffness varies periodically along with the axial circular pitch, and the amplitude of the variation is rather large, therefore high noise is produced in gear meshing. The analysis method and conclusion presented in this article provide a reference for the dynamic characteristic analysis of a double circular-arc gear and gear stiffness design.
