摘　　要：将影响高校图书馆藏书结构的因素分级量化并赋予权重,通过建立一个函数使图书采购资金分配实现量化,结合教学型高校实际情况,分析了其采购质量影响因素,分别测算出各个影响因素的权重,建立资金分配函数,演算函数求解过程,得出采购资金分配方案。The paper explains how to construct a fund allocation function system for book purchase. Library fund was first quantified through establishing a function. The factors affecting book purchase were then analyzed in accordance with the existing situations of teaching-oriented universities. After that, the weight of these factors was measured, and fund allocation was established. Book purchase fund allocation program was finally constructed.
