摘  要:学校教育失误是后进生形成的直接原因,表现为分班教学的等级分化、座位安排的隐性歧视、课堂互动的边缘效应以及"后进生"定势印象的集体意识不良等。学校的管理、教师的行为、班级的活动中透视的"不平等"信息标定一些学生为群体的"越轨者"。在教师期望与班级互动的影响和强化下,"后进生"产生了。Mistakes of school education are the direct cause of the formation of backward students, which is shownd in the classification of classes, invisible discrimination with the arrangement of the rows in the classroom, marginal effect of classroom interaction and the fixed concept of the lack of collective consciousness of the backward students. The inequality shownd in the manage- ment of the school, the behavior of the teachers and the activities of the class labeled some students as "deviant" in the groups. Backward students are formed with the expectations of the teacher and the influence of the class.
