结合班集体活动开展大学生职业发展教育的探索

摘　　要：当前,大学生职业发展教育已在各高校普遍开展,但受师资、环境、经验等因素的限制,职业发展教育在大学生中的普及率尚不高。如何有效开展大学生职业发展教育在相当长的一段时间内势必会成为大学生就业工作者的研究课题。结合班集体活动开展大学生职业发展教育是一种必要和可行的新途径。At present, vocational development education of college students has developed in some colleges and universities. Because of factors such as teachers, environment, experience, the vocational development education does not develop so widely. How to carry out vocational development education educating of college students effectively would be an issue for the research of the people who engage in the employment of college students. Combination with class activities is a necessary and feasible way of vocational development education.
