摘　　要：本文通过对“十一五”期间测绘科技信息工作的回顾，分析了目前测绘科技信息的工作现状和存在问题，讨论了今后测绘科技信息发展的战略思路、战略目标、战略任务、战略对策等重大战略问题，试图为测绘科技信息工作的未来发展以及测绘科技信息技术体系的构建，提供一定的理论基础和技术支撑。The scientific and technological （S＆T） information work during the 11 th five -year- plan period is reviewed, and the status as well as the existing problems are analysed. Some significant issues on developing S＆T information of surveying and mapping in the future, such as strategic thinking, purpose, mission, countermeasure are discussed. This paper aims at providing some theoretic and technical support for constructing architecture of S＆T information of surveying and mapping.
