摘  要:称量精度决定于提前量的控制精度,在配料系统中对提前量的控制以往采用双速法,存在称量精度和称量速度2个相互矛盾的控制参量,不能满足生产要求。本文以工业玻璃配料实例为基础,引入模糊控制算法,对称量速度加以控制,在精度、速度之间找到最佳的结合点,使控制效果达到满意的结果,既能提高称量精度,又满足了称量速度。通过MATLAB仿真表明,采用该策略进行排料的控制具有较好的控制效果,能够快速简捷的在配料精度和速度之间找出较优的结合点。目前,该系统已在河南某玻璃配料有限公司得到成功应用。The control accuracy of advance decided the weighing accuracy, in batching system, to the control of advance regular used a two-speed,there are two conflicting control of the Senate of weighing accuracy and weighing speed and can not meet production requirements. This article take the technical glass ingredient example as a foundation, soliciting fuzzy controlalgorithms, control weighing speed, find the best combination of points between accuracy and speed, achieved control results of satisfactory, both improved weighing accuracy and speed to meet the weighing. And the MATLAB software simulation shows that the application of the nesting strategy of control has better control effect, be able to find a better combination of points at Express simple ingredients between accuracy and speed. At present, obtains the successful application in the Henan some glass ingredient Limited company.
