摘 要:研究了球形棕囊藻对金属离子Pb2+在球形棕囊藻上的生物吸附特性.结果显示,Pb2+在球形棕囊藻上的生物吸附可以分为2个阶段,第1阶段为物理吸附,在10min内快速达到平衡;第2阶段为金属离子向藻内部的迁移,过程缓慢.通过拟合得到了吸附过程的准二级动力学方程,参数k为0.0025g.mg-.1min-1,qe为19.8mg·g-1.吸附等温线结果表明,Pb2+在球形棕囊藻上的生物吸附可以用Langmuir来描述,最大吸附量qmax为20.2mg·g-1.Kinetics and equilitrium isotherm of Pb^2+ biosorption by algae biomass of Phaeocystis globosa were investigated in this study. The experimental results showed that the process of Pb^2+ biosorption onto the algae biomass of phaeocystis globosa took place in two stages. The first stage was a physical sorption and reached equilibrium within 10 minutes. The second stage was a slow migration of Pb^2+ to the interior of the algae biomass. The biosorption kinetics could be described quite well by the pseudo second-order equation (R2 = 0. 999). The kinetic parameters q, and k were 19.8 mg·g^-1 and 0. 0025 mg·g^-1·min^-1 , respectively. The equilibrium isotherm could be fitted by the Langmuir model. The algae biomass of Phaeocystis globosa demonstrated a maximum Pb^2+ biosorption capacity of 20.2 mg·g^-1 .
