摘 要:分析比较了浙江海风藤茎及叶两个部位挥发油的化学成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。从浙江海风藤茎及叶挥发油中分别鉴定出了30和37种化合物,其中有20种是它们共同的成分,含量最高的是喇叭茶萜醇(茎含39.62%,叶含36.80%)。已鉴定挥发油成分占总挥发油含量分别为92.18%及93.15%。The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation,analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data.The relative content of each composition was calculated by area normalization method.Thirty and thirty-seven kinds of essential components were from the stems and leaves of Pipor kadsura(choisy) Owchi from Zhejiang,respectively,including twenty kinds of essential components was their common and the major constituents were Ledol (stems 39.62%,leaves 36.80%).The identified relative contents of essential oils were 92.18% and 93.15%,respectively.
