摘  要:用超声波辅助乙醇溶液浸提法和索氏提取法提取茶花粉中黄酮化合物。利用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,对其进行络合显色,在510nm处测定提取物中总黄酮的含量。对于两种提取方法,茶花粉中总黄酮的含量以芦丁计算分别为11.25%和9.03%,平均加标回收率分别分别为99.20%和98.22%。The flavonoid compounds were obtained by soxhlet extractor and alcohol extraction in cooperration with ultrasonic wave. Rutin was reference standard and the concentration of flavones was determined by spectrophotometry at 510 nm after the extraction and reacted with coloring agents. The flavones content in samples was 11.25and 9.03 percent calculated by rutin respectively,the recovery rate was 99.20 percent and 98.22 percent respectively.
