摘　　要：[目的]探讨c-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中表达及临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜不典型增生和正常子宫内膜组织中c-erbB-2基因的表达,并分析其与临床病理的相关性。[结果]c-erbB-2基因的阳性表达率在子宫内膜癌组(34.62%)明显高于正常子宫内膜(11.11%)和子宫内膜不典型增生组织(13.79%)(P<0.05),并与子宫内膜癌的病理分级、临床分期、肌层浸润深度和淋巴转移明显相关(P<0.05),但与增生的程度无关(P>0.05)。[结论]c-erbB-2基因表达与子宫内膜癌的浸润、转移密切相关,可作为判断子宫内膜癌生物学行为及预后的重要参考指标。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of c-erbB-2 in endometrial cancer and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of c-erbB-2 in endometrial cancer, in endometrial atypical hyperplasia and in normal endometrial tissue was detected immunohistochemically. Relationship between c-erbB-2 expression and clinical pathological features was analyzed. [Results] The positive expression rate of c-erbB-2 in endometrial cancer （34.62%） was significantly higher than that in endometrial atypical hyperplasia （13.79%） and normal endometrium （11.11%）（P〈0.05）. c-erbB-2 expression correlated with the pathological grade, stage, depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）, but no significant correlation with proliferation（P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The c-erbB-2 expression correlates with invasion and metastasis in endometrial cancer. It may play an important indicator to predict the biological behavior and prognosis for endometrial cancer.
