摘 要:目的:了解空气中过氧化氢残留降解的变化情况。方法:以四氯化钛溶液吸收空气中的过氧化氢残留,用紫外分光光度计比色检测分析。结果:经喷雾进入空气中的过氧化氢迅速降解,高浓度的过氧化氢降解至短时间接触容许浓度所需时间较长,如100 mg/m3过氧化氢需135 ,50 mg/m3过氧化氢需55 ,25 mg/m3过氧化氢在空气中残留量小,35 后仪器很难检出。结论:为了减轻并消除空气中过氧化氢对人体健康的危害,应在满足工作需要的条件下,尽量采取有效措施降低过氧化氢在空气中的浓度。Objective:To study the level of the hydrogen peroxide residue and degradation in air. Methods:The hydrogen peroxide residue was absorbed with titanium tetrachloride and colorimetric detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometers technique. Results:The hydrogen peroxide residue sprayed in air was degraded quickly, it was spent more time for the high concentration hydrogen peroxide residue was degraded to permissible exposure concentration - short term exposure limit ( PEC - STEL) , such as 100 mg/m^3 hydrogen peroxide degradation in air must needs 135 min, 50 mg/m^3 hydrogen peroxide degradation in air must needs 55 min, for 25 mg/m^3 low content hydrogen peroxide degradation in air, after 35 min, was difficultly detected with instrument. Conclusion:In order to reduce and eliminate the hydrogen peroxide in air harming human health, under satisfy the work requirement condition, it must adopt effective measure to reduce the hydrogen peroxide concentration in air as far as possible.
