摘  要:目的:应用RT-PCR法检测食管癌患者外周血中MUC1-mRNA和CEA-mRNA的表达情况。方法:应用RT-PCR法检测53例食管癌患者外周血中MUC1-mRNA和CEA-mRNA的表达情况。另抽取10例食管良性疾病患者和20例健康志愿者外周血标本作为对照。结果:53例食管癌患者病理组织中CEA-mRNA、MUC1-mRNA的表达率为96.23%(51/53)、100%(53/53),外周血中CEA-mRNA、MUC1-mRNA表达阳性率为52.83%(28/53)、35.85%(19/53);对照组中,10例食管良性病变患者和20名健康人的外周血中均有1例CEA-mRNA表达、无MUC1-mRNA表达。结论:CEA-mRNA、MUC1-mRNA是检测食管癌组织及食管癌外周血微转移的良好的分子标志物,两者表达与食管癌TNM分期关系密切。Objective:Detection of esophageal cancer micrometastasis in peripheral blood by using human MUC1-mRNA and CEA-mRNA RT-PCR. Methods: Expressions of MUC1-mRNA and CEA-mRNA in peripheral blood were detected in 53 eases of esophageal cancer, and 10 patients with esophageal benign lesions and 20 healthy volunteers as controls by RT-PCR. Results: The expressions of CEA-mRNA, MUC1-mRNA were 96.23 %(51/53), 100%(53/53) in 53 esophageal tumor tissue and were 52.83% (28/53), 35.85 % 19/53) in peripheral blood of 53 esophageal cancer patients. In control group, there was only one expression of CEA-mRNA in peripheral blood of 10 patients with benign esophageal disease, as well as in 20 healthy volunteers. There was no expression of MUC1- mRNA in peripheral blood of 10 patients with benign esophageal disease and 20 healthy volunteers. Conclusions: The MUC1-mRNA and CEA-mRNA may be potential tumor markers for detecting micrometastasis, and their expression was closely related to TNM stages of the esophageal cancer patients.
