人羊膜匀浆上清液对兔角膜碱烧伤后上皮愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察人羊膜匀浆上清液对兔角膜碱烧伤后角膜上皮愈合的影响。方法:将制备的不同浓度的羊膜匀浆上清液点眼治疗兔角膜碱烧伤,筛选出最佳浓度的羊膜匀浆上清液,同时设立羊膜匀浆上清液组、bFGF(贝复舒眼液)组和对照组,对治疗后的角膜愈合照相并行角膜上皮愈合率的比较。结果:羊膜匀浆上清液治疗角膜碱烧伤后角膜上皮愈合较快。结论:羊膜匀浆上清液能促进兔角膜碱烧伤后角膜上起愈合,早期应用即能发挥作用。Objective： An epithelial study on human amniotic homogenate to Corneai healing after alkali burn of corneal in rats. Methods：The model of alkaline burn of rabbit cornea were set upand treated by Supernatanta of homogenized fresh amnion. Corneal epithelium were observed with a Slit lamp microscope. Results：After treated with supernatanta of homogenized fresh amnion ,the rabbit eyes showed progressive decrease of corneal epithelial cell.
