摘　　要：应当指出,在国际商事仲裁程序与WTO仲裁程序之间有着某些相同之处,但是,就其整体的运作程序而言,二者却又存在着显著的区别。对这两种仲裁程序的重要方面进行一番初步的比较研究和探析,以期在中国加入WTO的背景下,能够有益于我国国际经济贸易活动,并希望有助于我国贸易当事人运用这两种仲裁方式更好地维护其合法权益。It should be pointed out that there are some similarities between international commercial arbitration procedure and WTO arbitration procedure. However,there are still some sharp differences between them in the whole operating procedure. A preliminary comparative study and exploration of some important aspects of these two kinds of arbitration procedure will be beneficial to the international trade and economic activities in our country against the background of China’s entry into WTO,and conducive to the protection of the lawful rights and interests of the trade parties of our country with the application of these two kinds of arbitration procedure.
