摘  要:以铁杂17号(高淀粉)和辽杂11号(低淀粉)高粱为试验材料,研究了不同磷、钾素用量对高粱子粒淀粉积累的影响。结果表明,高粱子粒中直链淀粉、支链淀粉和总淀粉含量随子粒灌浆过程均呈不断上升趋势。中等施用磷、钾肥处理有促进高粱总淀粉和直链淀粉积累的作用。低磷情况下,有利于子粒支链淀粉含量增加。过量施钾肥或低钾情况下,总淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量下降,但支链淀粉/直链淀粉比例提高。Effects of phosphorus and potassium application levels on the starch accumulation in grains of sorghum hybrids "Tieza 17" (high starch) and "Liaozal 1 " (low starch) were studied. The results showed that amylose, amylopectin and total starch contents increased continuously along with the advance of grain filling process. Medium phosphorus and potassium fertilizer application could promote the total starch and amylose accumulation. Under lower phosphorus condition, the amylopectin content of grains increased. High or low potassium condition could result in the decrease of the total starch, amylose and amylopectin contents but the amylopectin/amylose ratio increased.
