摘  要:2008年6月,上海电大接受了国际开放远程教育协会(ICDE)的质量评审(Quality Audit)。ICDE是联合国下属的享有国际权威的远程教育机构。它聘请国际远程教育专家制定质量评审的内容、实施现场的评审。ICDE质量评审的内容和关注点,或许对我国电大教学质量保证能够提供一些有益的启发和思考。In June, 2008, Shanghai TV University passed quality audit by the International Council of Open and Distance Education (ICDE). ICDE is an organization recognized by UNESCO as an authority in the field. A checklist for ICDE Quality Audit for STVU Project was provided and audit items were identi- fied, covering goals and objectives, course design, teaching, learning and assessment, learning support and guidance, learning resources, and quality assurance and improvement. There are several implica- tions from the ICDE quality audit. For example, the idea of learner-centredness needs to be material- ized in practice; it is essential to set up a sound support system for learning; efforts should not be spared to ensure that assessment facilitates learning; there should be an internal mechanism for quality assurance; and obstacles to quality assurance need to be top on the priorities of educational reform.
