摘  要:针对传统热压法生产厚型MDF板存在板坯芯层升温速度慢、热压时间长等问题,研究成功以喷蒸-真空热压技术为核心的厚板制造技术,并用于国产多层普通MDF生产线的改建。采用该技术,制板热压时间大大缩短,生产能力显著提高。改建线生产的厚度为30、35 mm的中纤板,经检测可达到GB/T 11718-1999的要求。Conventional hot pressing has been commonly used in manufacturing thin medium density fiberboard. However, when manufacturing thicker medium density fiberboard, it is found to take a longer pressing cycle to transfer the heat from the surfaces of the panel to the core. The steam injection-vacuum hot pressing technique was developed to improve pressing efficiency and productivity. This steam injection-vacuum technique was modified and adopted in this study to accommodate a domestic medium density fiberboard production line. It was found that this modified line had improved production capacity and the performance of products, with nominal thicknesses of 30 mm and 35 mm, exceeded the specifications of China's national MDF product standard GB/T 11718-1999.
