摘 要:领域信息服务系统是人工智能领域的一项研究热点。为了让用户及时准确地得到解决方案,解决搜索引擎返回信息过多及问答系统知识瓶颈的问题,提出建立一个用户与专家非实时交流的平台,实现问题咨询与解决方案的双向对应。为此,较全面地分析了农业信息服务系统的系统框架与功能,对其涉及的关键问题—基于本体的农业领域知识库的建立和问题解答过程中问题状态的控制机制进行了深入的讨论。Domain information service system is a researching hotspot in the artificial intelligence field. It aims to provide accurate solution timely for users and to solve the problems of excessive feedback information from search engine and of knowledge bottleneck in QA system. It initiates to set up a Non so as to realize the bi - directional match between advisory and framework of agricuhural information service system and gave a - real - time exchange platform between users and experts solution. This paper comprehensively analyzed the system deep discuss in terms of such involved key issues as the establishment of Ontology - based agricultural domain knowledge and the control mechanism of question states during the process of question answering.
