艾迪注射液联合PAC方案化疗治疗晚期卵巢上皮癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究艾迪注射液联合PAC方案治疗晚期卵巢上皮癌的疗效。方法:将58例患者,随机分为艾迪注射液联合PAC方案化疗组(治疗组31例)和单纯PAC方案化疗组(对照组27例),每28d为一周期,治疗2个周期。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后疾病控制率分别为85.4%和66.7%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组生活质量改善情况优于对照组。两组卡氏评分下降百分比比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后外周血CD3^+,CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显高于对照组。有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组对肝功能的保护措施优于对照组.有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组对患者血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板的损害均低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组化疗后消化道毒副反应较对照组反应轻,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:本研究表明艾迪注射液联合PAC方案化疗对晚期卵巢上皮癌具有改善生活质量及协同、增效、减毒作用,并且安全、副作用小。其综合疗效明显优于单纯PAC方案化疗组。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods： 58 patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer were stochastically divided into two groups, Aidi injection and PAC scheme chemotherapy group（31 cases of treatment gronp）and the pure PAC scheme chemotherapy group（27 cases of control group）. The treatment sehedule was recycled every, 28 days and the patients were treated for 2 cycles. Results： The treatment group had a better curative effect, than the control group and there was a significant difference between these two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. As to the effect of ameliorating the main symptoms, the scoring method of Rarnofsky was used to evaluate the quality of life. The results showed that there was a remarkable; difference between the treatment group and comparison group（P 〈0.05 ）. The level of the T cell sub-group-CD3^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8 ^＋ cell in periphetal blood in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the compansison group after therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group had a better protective effect of liver function than the comparison group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was difference between the treatment group and the comparison group on injury of hemoglobin and white eeU and blood platelet（ P 〈 0.05 ）. On alleviating the toxicity and side-effect of chemotherapy, the treatment group had a slighter side effect of alimentary canal（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： The results indicate thai Aidi injection combined with chenaotherapy can improve life quaian cancer.
