摘　　要：目的:探讨胃Dieulafoy病的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾分析本院2005年6月～2008年6月经胃镜诊治。Dieulafoy病8例临床资料。结果:8例均经急诊胃镜检查确诊。同时行黏膜内注射肾上腺素混合液(HSE)并置金属钛夹止血治疗,7例止血成功,1例止血后再出血转外科手术,止血成功率87.5%。结论:内镜为Dieulafoy病诊治的首选方法,值得推广和应用。Objective：To investigate the gastric Dieulafoy disease diagnosis and treatment. Methods： A retrospective analysis of the Court in June 2005 -June 2008menstrual Gastroscope Dieul afoy disease diagnosis and treatment of eight cases of chnical data. Results： Have been eight cases of emergency gastroscopy confirmed. At the same time line mucosal injection epinephrine（ HSE ）and the mixture buy folders titanium hemostatic treatment, the success of seven cases of bleeding, bleeding after hemostasis Example 1 to surgery,87.5 % success rate of hemostasis. Conclusions： Endoscopic treatment for Dieulafoy disease of the preferred method ,it is worth the promotion and application.
