摘　　要：目的:探讨livin在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其与细胞周期素B1(cyclin B1)的关系;方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Livin和cyclin B1在57例乳腺癌和10例正常乳腺组织中的表达情况,并分析livin和cyclin B1与临床病理学特征的关系。结果:Livin和cyclin B1蛋白在乳腺癌阳性表达率分别为77.2%(44/57)和68.4%(39/57),两者的表达呈正相关性(γ=0.701,P<0.001);Livin的表达与淋巴结转移、年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小未见显著相关性,cyclin B1的表达与淋巴结转移有显著相关性,而与年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小未见明显相关性。结论:Livin和cyclin B1在乳腺癌组织中表达上调,提示其可能在乳腺癌发生、发展中起重要促进作用,cyclin B1和淋巴结转移的密切关系表明它的高表达可能反映患者较差的预后。Objective：To study the expression of livin and its correlation with cyclin B 1 in breast cancer. Methods： The expressions of livin and cyclin B1 in breast cancer paraffin embedded specimens were detected by immunohistochemical technique.The relationship between livin and cyclin B 1 and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results： The rates of positive expression of livin and cyclin B1 protein in breast cancer were 77.2% and 68.4% ,respectively, and the correlation was psitive （r=0.701 ,P〈0.001 ）.The significant correlation of cyclin B1 with lymphnode metastasis expression was found in breast cancer. Conclusions： Our findings suggest that upregulated expression of livin and cyclin B1 proteins may play an important role in the development of breast cancer.The relationship between cyclin B 1 and lymphnode metastasis expression indicates that higher cyclin B 1 expression may imply patient＇ s poor prognosis.
