摘  要:为纯化苦荞麦壳中原花色素,比较了5种树脂对苦荞麦壳中原花青素的静态吸附、解吸性能,并研究了ADS-17树脂对原花青素动态吸附、解析的最佳条件。结果表明:ADS-17树脂是较理想的吸附树脂,在溶液中ADS-17树脂对原花青素的吸附5 h达到平衡。最佳动态吸附、解析条件是以体积分数70%甲醇为洗脱剂,吸附流速为3 mL/min,上样溶液pH 6.3,层析柱径高比为1∶6,最终产物纯度达到52%。To purify proanthocyanidins from tartarian buckwheat shell by resin, the static adsorption and desorption performance of 5 kinds of resin for proanthocyanidins from tartarian buckwheat shell were compared, and the optimum conditions of the dynamic adsorption and desorption for separating pmanthocyanidins from tartarian buckwheat shell by ADS- 17 resin were studied. Experiment results indicate ADS - 17 resin is the desired adsorbent resin, with which the adsorption equilibrium time is 5 h in this experiment. The optimum conditions of dynamic adsorption and desorption are as follows: 70 % methanol is used as eluant, adsorption velocity is 3 mL/min, pH of sample is controlled at 6.3 and the ratio of chromatography column diameter to height is 1: 6. The purity of the product is 52%.
