摘　　要：目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)消融子宫肌瘤的疗效和不良反应。方法:HIFU消融治疗36例共45个子宫肌瘤,应过MRI、相关症状以及生活质量评分,评估疗效和不良反应。结果:随访35例共44个肌瘤,平均体积消融率为(64.74±23.16)%。术后6、12个月肌瘤缩小率分别是(41.76±23.91)%和(59.02±15.94)%(P<0.000 1)。术后6个月时,症状严重评分以及生活质量评分显著改善率分别为94.7%(18/19)和72.7%(6/22)。主要并发症为局部疼痛、发热等,均为轻中度。结论:HIFU消融子宫肌瘤安全有效,值得深入研究。Objective：To evaluate the safety and efficacy for the high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） ablation on the patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods：45 uterine leiomyoma in 36 patients were ablated by HIFU. During the ablation term,the clinical symptoms,MRI,MFS-QOL and the side-effects were evaluated. Results：The average ablation volume was （64.74±23.16）% in the leiomyoma volume,and the average redueion rates were： （41.76±23.91）% and （59. 02± 15.94）% ,respectively（P〈0. 000 1） ,in the 6-th, 12-th months after HIFU ablation. The clinieal symptoms-grade and QOL-grade were improved over 10 point in the 18/19（94.7%） and 16/22（72.7M） patients,respectively. The common complications were low-grade ,which included abdominal pain,fever,et al. Conclusion：The HIFU ablation for the patients with uterine leiomyoma is effective and safe.
