摘　　要："国家大学生创新性实验计划"的实施,引发了高等学校对于人才培养目标和方式的更深入的思考,也为高等学校如何正确组织和引导大学生开展科技创新活动积累了大量实践经验。创新计划的实施对高等学校的教育思想、教学模式以及教育管理方式的积极转变都起到了一定的促进作用,为更好地培养大学生的创新能力,全面提高大学生的综合素质开创了一条新的道路。The implementation of ＂the national college students innovation experiment program＂ makes colleges think more about their talent training goal and method, and accumulates a lot of practical experiences of how to organize and guide the students to carry out scientific and technical innovative activities correctly. The implementation of the program plays a positive role in improving college education thought, teaching mode and education management system. It also opens a new path for the better training of college students＇ innovate ability, and the overall improvement of college students＇ comprehensive quality.
