摘 要:目的:检测转移抑制基因Kai1的蛋白表达,探讨其与肺癌生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别测定53例肺癌及17例正常肺脏新鲜冰冻组织中Kai1蛋白的表达。结果:53例肺癌中19例(36%)Kai1蛋白表达阳性,与正常肺脏(82%)相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。早期肺癌Kai1蛋白表达率明显高于中、晚期肺癌(P<0.05)。癌细胞分化程度Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肺癌Kai1表达率明显高于晚期Ⅲ、Ⅳ级(P<0.05)。结论:Kai1蛋白表达下降可能预示着转移,且与肺癌恶性程度有关,可成为判断预后的因素之一。Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of metastasis suppressor gene Kail in lung cancer. Methods: The expression of Kail protein in fresh freezing tissues from 53 patients with lung cancer and 17 normal cases were examined by immuno-histochemistry SP method. Results: Among 53 patients with lung cancer, 19 (36%) showed Kail expression, and a significant difference was shown in comparison of normal lung tissues (82%) (P〈0.01). The expression rate of Kail protein in early stage of lung cancer was obviously higher than that of late stage (P〈0.05). The expression rate of Kail protein in Ⅰ and Ⅱdegree of lung cancer was higher than that of m and Ⅳ degree (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The downregnlation of Kail may indicate metastasis, and is related to malignant degree of lung cancer, and it can be used as a new prognostic marker of lung cancer.
