不典型乳腺癌的超声征象分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不典型乳腺癌的超声征象及临床意义。方法:对43例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌不典型超声征象作回顾性分析。结果:43例不典型乳腺癌中,肿块回声27例:形态较规则,边界清,内部回声均质,后方回声无衰减。囊性回声7例:形态较规则,囊壁较厚,4例边缘呈"角征",5例囊内可见条状回声带,后方回声均显示增强。局部结构紊乱9例:无明显肿块边界,内部回声强弱不均质,5例伴腺体增厚,4例后方回声衰减。结论:认识不典型乳腺癌的超声征象,对提高诊断率有一定帮助。边缘角征、囊内条状结构是超声诊断囊性乳腺癌的重要指征。Objective：To investigate sonographic appearances of atypical breast cancer and its clinical value. Methods ：The sonographic appearances of 43 atypical breast cancer cases confirmed by operation pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively. Results：In 43 atypical breast cancer cases,27 cases had mass echoes containing relatively regular shape, clear border, homogeneous internal echo and no attenuated rear echoes. 7 cases had cystic echoes containing relatively regular shape and thicker cyst wall, four of which had edge horn sign, five of which had inner strip echo zone and strengthened rear echoes. 9 cases had disorderly local structures including unclear border and asymmetry internal echoes ,five of which had mammary gland incrassation and four of which had attenuated rear echoes. Conclusion ： Analyzing ultrasonic appearances of atypical breast cancer may be helpful to its diagnoses. Edge horn sign and inner strip echo zone are important indications of cystic breast cancer.
