摘　　要：目的:探讨中国汉族人群PTEN基因多态性与肺癌的关系。方法:应用PCR-RFLP方法对77个中国北方汉族肺癌患者及104个健康人检测单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs2537343和rs701848位点的基因型。结果:基因型频率分析均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡;病例对照分析显示rs2735343与肺癌相关,而rs701848与肺癌不相关,单倍体型分析表明rs2735343-rs701848单倍体型与肺癌不相关。结论:PTEN与中国汉族人群肺癌密切相关:rs2735343的等位基因分布与肺癌具有相关性,可能通过调节PTEN基因的表达影响疾病的发生。Objective： To investigate the genetic association between the single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） locus in PTEN with susceptibility to lung cancer among 77 Chinese Han patients and 104 healthty people. Methods： The PCR -based restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） technique was used to detect SNP, rs2735343 and rs701848. Results：The distribution of genotype frequencies of rs2735343 and rs701848 was not deviated from the Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium ; case - control analysis showed a genetic association between rs2735343 and lung cancer （P = 0.048） , but not with rs701848. No association was found between the haplotype rs2735343 -rs701848 and lung cancer. Conclusion ： The PTEN gene is associated with lung cancer ： distribution of allele of rs2735343 is associated with lung cancer. It may influence the occurrence of the disease through regulation of expression of gene.
