数字化乳腺摄片在乳腺疾病诊断中的运用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨全数字化平板乳腺成像技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的运用价值。方法:2006年4月1日至2007年8月31日间手术的乳腺癌、乳腺囊肿、乳腺纤维瘤、乳管内乳头状瘤及乳腺腺病患者共350例,包括437个病灶。全数字化平板乳腺X线检查分级初步判断Ⅰ-Ⅲ级为良性,Ⅳ级-Ⅴ级为恶性,采用诊断性实验计算敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果:全数字化钼靶摄影的诊断敏感性为88.56%(116/131),特异性为86.27%(264/306),阳性预测值为73.42%(116/158),阴性预测值为94.23%(264/279),准确性为86.96%(380/437)。结论:全数字化钼靶摄影技术可大大提高乳腺疾病特别是早期乳腺癌的检出率。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of digital mammography for breast diseases. Methods：To analyze the data of 350 patients with 437 focuses who were operated during April 2006 to August 2007. All patients bad pathological diagnosis including breast cancer, breast fibroma, intraductal pappiloma, galactocele and mastosis. Results ：The imaging diagnostic sensitivity of all focuses was 88.56%, the specificity was 86.27 % , positive predictive value was 73.42%, negative predictive value was 94.23%, the diagnose accuracy was 86.96%. Conclusion：The digital mammography can increase the detection rate of breast diseases, especially breast cancer.
