重组人血小板生成素治疗实体瘤化疗所致血小板减少的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价重组人血小板生成素(rhTPO)对血小板减少患者的疗效和安全性。方法:42例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组皮下注射rhTPO,15000u/d,动态监测注射后血小板生长情况。结果:治疗组使用rhTPO6天后,血小板计数较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),血小板恢复至75×109/L需4.15d±1.05d,较对照组7.80d±0.99d明显缩短。无明显不良反应。结论:rhTPO对化疗后骨髓抑制引起的血小板减少有促进增生作用,无明显不良反应。Objectlve：To evaluate the effect and safety of rhTPO to the thrombocytopenia patients. Methods： 42 tumor patients were divided into treatment and control group. Patients in treatment group were given rhTPO 15000u/d injection hypodermally, platelet count was checked consecutively. Results： Platelet count of the treatment group using rhTPO increased significantly than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the time of platelet count increasing to 75× 10^9/L was within 4.15± 1.05 day, significantly shorten compared with control group （7.80±0.99 day）. Conclusion： RhTPO can promote recovery of platelet of tumor patients after chemotherapy and no significant adverse effect.
