摘　　要：胃癌腹膜转移是胃癌根治术后复发的主要形式,是导致患者死亡的主要原因之一,成为影响胃癌根治术疗效的关键问题。胃癌腹膜转移是一个多阶段、多因素参与的复杂病理过程,本文就其近年来的研究成果进行综述。Perltoneal metastasis is a main cause of recurrence of patient, after radical surgey for gastric eaneer, as well as a key point of curative effect. Peritoneal metastasis of gastric eaneer is a complicated pathological process with multiple stage and multiple factors. The recent study achievement in peritoneal metastasis for gastric cancer is reviewed in this article.
