摘　　要：本文概述了个人知识资源及其开发,论述了个人知识资源的特性,探讨开发个人知识资源的目的和策略,提出建立个人知识库和个人原始资料档案等的管理方法,同时指出一些需要注意的问题。This paper mainly discussed the personal knowledge resources,the methods of collection and management for personal knowledge resources.It made a deep research on how to formulate knowledge management strategies.For instance,the personal knowledge database,and personal information file.At the same time,it put forward several new ideas for personal knowledge resources management.
