摘　　要：文章分析了大资源观指导下的信息资源共建共享的内涵及意义,提出改变思想观念,建立特色数据库,加强数据库的标准化、规范化建设,保护知识产权和加强人才资源的培训与合作是实现资源共建共享的有些措施。This paper analysed the definition and significance of common construction and sharing of library resources guided by grand-resource-based view,and it proposed that the forceful measures to achieve such common construction and sharing of resources should be change of ideological thinking,construction of characteristic data banks,strengthening of standard and normalized data-bank construction,protection of intellectual property right and intensified training and cooperation in human resources.
