普通高校体育教师继续教育的对策研究

摘　　要：针对目前普通高校体育教师继续教育存在着教学内容缺乏针对性和实用性、教学方法单一、体育教师参加培训带有功利色彩以及工学矛盾等诸多问题,提出合理、系统、有效的对策,以期为高校体育教师继续教育工作提供理论的参考依据,让普通高校体育继续教育沿着健康、有序的方向持续发展。There exist many problems in education college P.E. teachers＇ further education, such as the lack of focused and practical content, single teaching methods, teachers＇ utilitarian to attend training as well as the contradictions between work and study. The author puts forth reasonable, systematic, and effective countermeasure with a view to provide theoretical reference for the college P.E. teachers＇ further education conse- quently, the college P.E. teachers＇ further study can develop in a healthy, orderly and sustainable way.
