摘 要:为筛选用于五氯酚污染土壤植物修复的备选植物材料,采用土培试验,设置5个不同浓度的五氯酚污染处理,通过观测植株地茎、株高和生物量等3个指标对8个不同的供试杨树品系进行了生长适应性评价。结果显示,LA08-N26生物量最大,株高受土壤中五氯酚浓度的影响最小;LA02-N26和2A07N33生物量小于LA08-N26,其株高及地茎受到的影响较小。这3个杨树品系均在五氯酚污染土壤上具有较强的适应能力,可以作为修复五氯酚污染土壤的备选植物材料。其余供试品系因观测指标易受污染浓度影响,初步判断不适合在五氯酚污染的土壤上生长。Five treatment with different levels of pentachlorophenol pollution were designed to screen the candidate plants that may serve as phytoremediation of pentaehloropbenol - contaminated soil in the present study. Tree diameter, individual height and fresh weight were employed to investigate the growth adaptability of eight popular lines under the tested stresses. The results showed that LA08 - N26, whose diameter was the least inhibited among the tested lines, gave the highest biomass and individual height. Thus, this line demonstrated the most efficient potential for phytoremediation. The biomass of LA02 - N26 and 2A07N33 were lower than that of LA08 - N26, however their diameters of tree and individual heights were less inhibited by the appended pollutants stress, which also showed a considerably stronger growth adaptability. These three tested lines may be regarded as the candidate for phytoremediation of pentachlorophenol - contaminated soils. Conversely, the rest five lines were easily encumbered in their growth by the pollutant stress, and could not be cultivated in pentachlorophenol - contaminated soils for cleaning up the pollutants.
