摘　　要：针对教育信息化投资效益评价指标多且指标间存在关联性的特点,提出了以加权灰色关联分析(WGCA)为主模型、以数据包络分析(DEA)为辅助模型进行高校教育信息化投资效益评价的方法。在介绍评价模型的基础上,设计了高校教育信息化投资效益评价指标体系,并通过4所本科院校的投资效益评价说明方法的运用。示例表明,该方法无指标数限制,克服了权重确定的主观性,并通过"非均一"赋权达到优先序评价的最优化。In view of the large quantity of Educational Informationization Investing Benefit （EIIB） evaluation indexes and the correlative feature among them, an EIIB evaluation method of higher education is proposed, which takes the Weighted Grey Correlation Analysis （WGCA） method as the master model and the Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） method as the auxiliary model. After introduction of the evaluation model, the paper designs an EIIB evaluation index system, and explains the application of the method by evaluating four colleges＇ investing benefit of educational informationization. The experiment result shows that the method is free from the limit of the quantity of indexes, and not only overcomes the subjectivity of the weight determining but also reaches optimization of the precedence evaluation through non-uniform weight.
